24 and 25 July MBCA 50th Anniversary Celebration

We welcome past members of MBCA and other Mercedes clubs to join us in this celebration. 

Friday 25 July, from 6pm

Garry Boyce’s garage, Parnell

Enjoy a relaxed evening with finger food and a selection of beverages provided free of charge. Garry will share stories behind the posters & trophies in his collection and how he acquired them.

Saturday 26 July, from 6:30pm

Quarterdeck, New Zealand Yacht Squadron, Westhaven

Dress code: Formal evening wear

A more formal evening overlooking the Auckland Harbour Bridge and city skyline. A cash bar will be available, followed by a buffet dinner. After dinner, a live band will keep the celebrations going.

Cost: $150.00 per person, includes both evenings

5 August – coffee meet up

We started a mid-week coffee group back in April, for those of us that have a little spare time to socialise during the working week, and it’s become a very popular casual get-together for a light breakfast or a cake and a coffee.  Since then, we’ve tried a few different venues around Auckland but will likely stick to one place eventually.

Anyone in the club can come along, just turn up on the first Wednesday of the month about 10:30am and bring a human or doggie friend with you. The café venue is announced in advance on WhatsApp.

15 August – run to Matakana

The plan is to meet up with the Classic & Sports Car Club Northland at Matakana at 10am on 15 August. After arriving there, everyone can wander around the markets before heading off to Matakana Estate for lunch.

More details to come but it will be an early start for some of us.
