4 November – coffee meet up

We started a mid-week coffee group back in April, for those of us that have a little spare time to socialise during the working week, and it’s become a very popular casual get-together for a light breakfast or a cake and a coffee.  Since then, we’ve tried a few different venues around Auckland but will likely stick to one place eventually.

Anyone in the club can come along, just turn up on the first Wednesday of the month about 10:30am and bring a human or doggie friend with you. The café venue is announced in advance on WhatsApp.

15 November, Poker Run

Here is how the Poker run will work.

You will be given instructions starting at the BP Southern Motorway.

The objective is to drive to 5 destinations and answer the specific questions at each location.

You will end up at “The Farm House Cafe ” country restaurant in Clevedon. We are booked for lunch at 12pm.

On arrival Poker playing cards will then be randomly dealt for each correct answer. When all participants have their cards ( up to 5 ) the winning poker hand will be the winner on the day.

A food order is required for the Farm House Cafe so can you please include your food choice with your RSVP to Debbie by Wednesday 11th of November.

When: Sunday 15th of November, 9.30am meet for a 10am departure.

Where: BP South on the Southern Motorway.
